HR & General Affairs Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Administration

• Assist in updating and maintaining the Employee Handbook and HR policies
• Support daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and travel management

1. Benefits Administration Support

• Support administration of employee benefits including medical, 401(k), and life/disability insurance
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR and benefits

1. HR Data & System Management

• Maintain and update employee and payroll data in SAP ERP and ADP Payroll systems
• Support HR system operations and data accuracy

1. Recruitment & Onboarding/Offboarding

• Support recruitment processes (job postings, interview coordination, documentation)
• Assist with onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees

1. General Affairs & Office Administration

• Manage corporate card usage and expense processing
• Support office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination
• Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment

1. Administrative Support

• Provide HR and administrative support to management and internal teams
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative roles
• Basic understanding of HR operations and processes
• Experience with SAP, ADP Payroll, or similar ERP/payroll systems preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
