Registered Nurse Job Details:
- Location: Greenville, MS
- Unit: Hospital Newborn Nursery Setting
- September Start Dates (ASAP preferred)
- 13 weeks or longer + extensions
- Shift: Night
- Hours: 7P-7A, every other weekend required
- Schedule: 3x12s per week
- Pay Rate: $56/HR
- Paid weekly, every Friday!

Registered Nurse Duties
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to newborns, including assessments, vital signs monitoring, and neonatal resuscitation procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision, adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as neonatologists, pediatricians, and respiratory therapists to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate parents and families on newborn care practices, including feeding techniques, medication administration, and developmental milestones.
- Monitor neonatal equipment such as ventilators, incubators, and IV infusion devices to ensure optimal functioning.
- Follow strict infection control practices and aseptic techniques during all procedures to prevent nosocomial infections.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as neonatal distress or acute pain episodes using neonatal resuscitation procedures.
Registered Nurse Requirements:
- 2 years RN experience required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required
- Newborn resuscitation experience required
- Must have an address outside of Greenville, MS ( If you have a Greenville, MS address you will not be considered at this time )
