GEICO Insurance Agent
GEICO is seeking a Sr. Strategist, Product Adoption to join its Independent Agent Sales team.
The role focuses on strategic planning, designing and implementing onboarding content and virtual experiences to boost agent engagement, drive profitable growth, and improve BD and AOM impact across GEICO’s independent agent network. The candidate will partner with Sales Enablement and other teams to optimize onboarding, training, and rollout campaigns, while monitoring results to identify opportunities
