We are currently looking fora Marketing Operations Specialist tojoinour team and rise to the challenge of empowering service. In this roleyou’llplay a vital role in the Marketing Operations teamat Lions International. You'll implement digital marketing campaigns and serve as an administrator of the marketing automation & analytics platforms. You'll organize and track campaign analytics across marketing channels and execute digital marketing campaigns as assigned. You'll also serve as a primary contact for internal teams on digital marketing automation projects. WhatYou’llDo: Manage the planning, execution,developmentand optimization of marketing campaigns assets including email templates, forms, landing pages, contact lists, campaign workflows, and automation rules. Coordinate with internal teams to ensuretimelyandaccuratedelivery of campaign assets. Ensure that campaigns are launched on time andmonitortheir performance to make real-time adjustments as needed. Partner with Marketing and division stakeholders to execute on web projects for each division using content management systems like Drupal or WordPress. Manage website content to develop fresh, engaging, action-oriented content for the web. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing strategies aligned with businessobjectives. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends. Analyze the efficacy of and provides recommendations foroptimizingdigital marketing campaigns.Assistwith knowledge-sharing and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle;identifyingrisks, devising mitigationplansor recommending alternative options. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation tooptimizecampaign elements and strategies. Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data to track key performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, andidentifytrends. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders and support decision-making processes. Implement lead management processes, including lead capture, qualification, and routing. Develop lead nurturing programs to guide leads through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates. Utilize behavioral tracking and scoring toidentifyand prioritize high-value leads. Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall goals. Facilitate communication and coordination to drive integrated marketing campaigns. We’reLooking for Someone With: Bachelor's degree(B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of3years ofrelated experience. Proficiencywith Marketing Automation tools such asEloqua,HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot,etc. Experience with CMS (content management systems)required; experience with Drupal, DAM (digital asset management), Google Analytics, and HTML required. Proficiencyusing Power BI, Tableau, Funnel.io or other BI Tools to builddashboards ideal. Experience with social media such as Facebook,Twitterand Instagram Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies in a collaborative environment. Compensation range for this role is expected between $63,000 to $70,000. Salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience.
