Position Overview

The Customer Service Specialist will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and professionally. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional departments to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

• Respond to customer communications promptly and professionally via phone and email to maintain service standards.
\n
• Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate solutions with internal departments to ensure resolution.

• Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and documentation for compliance and efficiency.
\n
• Monitor open requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and proactive service.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve the overall customer experience.

Required Experience/Skills

\n
• Previous experience in customer service, client support, or account management.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
\n
• Professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Experience/Skills

\n
• Experience with CRM systems or customer support software.
\n
• Background in business-to-business (B2B) client service environments.
\n
• Familiarity with process improvement or quality assurance practices.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
\n
• Demonstrated success in managing complex customer accounts.
\n

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
\n
• Additional certifications in customer service or client relations are a plus.
\n
• Ongoing professional development in communication or service excellence encouraged.
\n
