Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree required Seeking entry level recruiting experience (1-2 years) ATS experience preferred Skills and Abilities Ability to multitask Excellent communication and time management skills Adaptable to change and company growth Overview This role works closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and engage with organizational leadership to support key initiatives. Responsibilities Create and post engaging job advertisements across various online platforms Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings to identify strong candidates Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and keep roles filled efficiently Review and evaluate resumes for active openings to identify top talent Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, source effectiveness) to support data-driven hiring decisions Coordinate and perform background checks and reference verifications Support new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition Assist with additional recruiting and HR-related tasks as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
