Part-Time Payroll & HR Compliance Coordinator

Newport Harbor Corporation

Newport Restaurant Group is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrative Coordinator for a part-time, temporary role in Warwick, RI. The position supports our Payroll team, ensuring accuracy of orientation forms, I-9 compliance, and weekly data reporting at our Home Office.

You will work 20–24 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, in person. The role offers training on our systems and a pathway to build payroll/HR experience in a hospitality setting through April 2027.
