Aggregate & Asphalt Quality Control Technician
The H&K Group
The H&K Group is seeking an Aggregate & Asphalt Quality Control Technician for our Northern Region. In this field-based role, you will perform daily sampling and testing of aggregates and asphalt mixes to ensure compliance with DOT, project, and company specifications. Responsibilities include operating lab and field testing equipment, documenting and reporting test results, assisting with mix adjustments, and maintaining accurate quality records. You will collaborate closely with plant, paving, and construction crews, support safe work practices, and help deliver high-quality materials on schedule across diverse heavy civil projects.
