Wealth Strategy & Operations Analyst | Up to $130K Base + 30–35% Bonus  | $160K–$170K Total Comp | Hybrid | Plano, TX

A growing financial services organization is seeking a  Wealth Strategy & Operations Analyst to support the launch and expansion of a newly built Wealth business line. This is a highly visible opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in helping shape a fast-growing area of the business.

This is an  internal strategic  operations and program management role focused on helping drive execution, organization, and cross-functional initiatives across the business. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up, thrives in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments, and wants exposure to high-impact strategic initiatives within financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage strategic initiatives across the organization 
• Help prioritize projects, initiatives, and business needs 
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and progress tracking 
• Provide program/project management support to leadership teams 
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and help drive execution 
• Bring structure, organization, and accountability to a growing business unit 
• Communicate updates, priorities, and risks to executive stakeholders 

Qualifications

• Proven track record within Financial Services, Wealth, or related industry environments 
• Experience in strategy, operations, program management, project management, or strategic initiatives 
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills 
• Experience building dashboards, reporting, or tracking tools 
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with executive leadership 
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary up to $130,000 plus a 30%–35% annual bonus opportunity, with total compensation targeted in the $160K–$170K range. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, qualifications, and overall alignment with the position. Hiring at the top end of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth and advancement.
