Job Requirements

• Active PT license required (compact license accepted to start, full state license required shortly after),
• Experience in the outpatient setting required,
• BLS certification may be required if applicable,
• One professional reference required,
• SSN required for consideration,

• Equipment provided during interview process,
• Parking and dress code details provided on first day,
• Meal break is 30 minutes and automatically deducted if clinician does not clock out,
• Candidates with prior PRN or permanent employment at this facility must have been separated for at least one year to be eligible for rehire,
