Partner Marketing Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will own partner-facing marketing strategy across global markets, with a strong emphasis on go-to-market alignment, co-marketing execution, and revenue support. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, and external allies to build integrated campaigns, manage investment activities, and strengthen channel performance. The position also calls for leadership over marketers, a sharp eye on market trends and competitive programs, and the ability to turn marketing insights into action. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $175,620 – $247,930 annually Responsibilities Partner with the sales team to drive an integrated 4P GTM strategy that supports revenue goals Drive alignment across sales and marketing teams for execution of investment activities Work with external marketing teams to develop a full-funnel marketing strategy across the investment portfolio Lead a team of marketers to build co-branded campaigns and competitive marketing content Direct multi-region and global co-marketing programs to jointly sell with partners Evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities with partners Monitor competitive partner marketing programs and adjust strategies to optimize performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience 5+ years in a customer-facing role within a Global Sales or Marketing organization Proven expertise in executing co-marketing programs and campaigns on a global scale Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and generating actionable insights Demonstrated ability to manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and partner relationships effectively Strong knowledge of competitive programs, market trends, and channel dynamics Ability to travel at least once per quarter Benefits Competitive pay and stock bonuses Health and retirement benefit programs Vacation time Total compensation package ranks among the best in the industry Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
