AtWork is seeking a full-time Material Handler for our client, an independent, locally owned lumber and building material supplier in Statesville, NC.
Responsibilities
- Place incoming deliveries into stock
- Pick orders
- Load trucks
- Unload materials at jobsites
Requirements
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and understand instructions
- Punctuality and regular attendance
- Common sense and a good attitude
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to handle a physical workload, including frequent lifting or moving of heavy products
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience (training available for the right person)
- Building materials knowledge
