Job Title

Employees work individually or in teams in the manufacturing and distribution of sofas, armchairs, and chairs.

Essential Job Functions

• Introduce materials into production machinery.
• Supply materials to other departments/team members.
• Assemble furniture on production lines.
• Use tools to assemble/manufacture furniture.
• Monitor the production process.
• Meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Be able to work with small pneumatic tools.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor(s).

Work Environment

Typically work in a manufacturing environment and will experience conditions that include cold or heat and humidity. Noise levels may be high at times.

Physical Demands

Must be able to move and lift objects throughout the shift without fatigue. Constant movement and use of extremities; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina. Must be able to bend and lift parts during the shift. Must be able to stand for the entire shift (8 to 10 hours per day). Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly daily.

Additional Requirements

Previous experience in fast-paced manufacturing is preferred. Ability to use power tools (such as staple guns) to assemble parts. Must perform work with safety as the top priority. Ability to show up to work on time, every day, and take instructions from supervisors.
