Required Skills:

• MD/DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• ACGME-accredited cardiology fellowship
• Arizona license or ability to obtain licensure

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Board certification or eligibility in cardiology

Other Requirements:

• Full malpractice insurance coverage
• Participation in a shared weekend/evening call rotation
