We have partnered with an industry-leading client to identify an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and drive operational excellence.
Our client has been leading the way in low-voltage wire innovations , delivering innovative cable management solutions that improve efficiency and help customers succeed from project concept through completion.
Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The Warehouse Manager will oversee a small team, manage daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain safety standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff.
- Oversee receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and warehouse organization.
- Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Train employees on warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
- Assist with warehouse operations and deliveries as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Forklift experience (certification preferred or ability to obtain).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
