SuccessFactors IT Consultant Location: Greensboro, NC, Onsite (7900 National Service Road, Greensboro, NC 27409). Responsibilities Deliver SAP solution supporting business requirements, configuring processes using SAP customizing tools and designing required integrations or developments, ensuring adherence to SAP standard solutions. As a SuccessFactors Consultant within the IT HR domain, focus on the SuccessFactors SaaS application: Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules. Engage stakeholders—including key users, super users, development teams, business analysts, and project managers—to ensure seamless communication and effective implementation of solutions. Support the Benefits implementation within the USA. Act as main point of contact for business stakeholders regarding solution requirements, encompassing one-time and runtime deliveries in an application management context. Carry out parameterization of the solution to meet business requirements. Facilitate change, ensuring maintenance and correction of applications. Work closely with Digital Product Area Owner, Digital Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Digital Product Manager to support and develop applications. Support Digital Product Area Owner in identifying competence and development needs, enhancing team members' skills, and promoting knowledge sharing. Organize and lead knowledge transfer phases to build a collaborative and open team mindset. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a SuccessFactors IT consultant, covering benefits, employee central, recruitment, onboarding, and compensation. Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience with US Savings Plan configuration and strong knowledge of Employee Central. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders across different regions. Experience leading workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, and thriving in a collaborative global team environment. Proactive approach to problem‑solving and delivering solutions.
