Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of previous experience required
• State license required
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months

Assignment Details

• Schedule options include 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, or Monday through Friday
• No weekends required
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses

Location Highlights

Sioux City offers access to the Missouri River and the Sioux City Riverfront, with walking trails and public green space near downtown. Stone State Park is located within about 10 miles of central Sioux City and offers hiking, scenic overlooks, and Loess Hills terrain. The Sergeant Floyd Monument and Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center are both in Sioux City and provide historical attractions tied to regional exploration. Sioux Gateway Airport serves the area, and Interstate 29 provides regional access through western Iowa and into neighboring Nebraska and South Dakota.
