Cafeteria Worker

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Have at least 3 years of cafeteria experience.
• Be a problem solver.
• Have good math skills.
• Be able to run the register.
• Be trained to every position in the cafeteria to fill in when a coworker is absent.
• Be able to stand and serve at the serving line.
• Be able to lift heavy boxes and pans.
• Be able to fill out required daily paperwork.
• Have a valid food handling certificate or be willing to get the certification in the future.

Our staff has a pleasant, caring, upbeat attitude with each other and our students. We need someone who doesn't mind pitching in and helping each other out to get the job done. We want someone who wants to work and likes great hours and who wants to work for years to come.

Contract Days: 182 Hours: 6:30 am - 1:00 pm

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
