A well-established pharmacy in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking a registered pharmacist to support its growing patient base. This role offers both part-time and full-time scheduling options and is ideal for a clinician who values accuracy, patient trust, and a smooth, well-run workflow.
Role Overview
The pharmacist will provide high-quality dispensing, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered service in a collaborative environment. The position includes oversight of pharmacy technicians, inventory management, and adherence to Florida board of pharmacy standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications with precision
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Oversee daily workflow and support pharmacy technicians
- Manage inventory, including controlled substances
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Uphold quality assurance and patient safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Florida pharmacist license
- Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance
- Experience in retail or community pharmacy preferred
- High attention to detail and sound clinical judgment
Compensation & Schedule

- Part-time and full-time schedules available
- Expected weekly hours: 2050, depending on availability
