Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

• Participate in staff development and continuing education programs

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the State of Wisconsin

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
