Partner/Sr Assoc | Healthcare | Up to $350k Base (Philadelphia)

Position OverviewPremier law firm is seeking a Healthcare Partner to join its Philadelphia office. This attorney will possess significant experience representing hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and other healthcare providers, with a particular emphasis on advising Philadelphia-area hospitals and regional healthcare systems on complex regulatory, transactional, compliance, governance, and operational matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry's evolving legal landscape, a proven ability to manage sophisticated client relationships, and experience counseling healthcare organizations on strategic initiatives, transactions, investigations, and day-to-day legal issues. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing healthcare platform, collaborate across multiple practice areas, and play a key role in expanding the firm's presence within the Philadelphia healthcare market.Offer:Salary range: $225,000-$350,000+, contingent on experience (Total comp $450k - $550k/yr)Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with firm contributionGenerous PTO and paid holidaysCLE reimbursement and professional development supportBar dues coveredCollegial, team-oriented work environmentQualificationsActive Admission to the PA Bar (NJ is a PLUS)Extensive legal experience with healthcare industry matters, specifically based in Philadelphia & Pennsylvania.Experience representing healthcare providers, healthcare businesses, or other participants in the healthcare sector.Healthcare regulatory and compliance issues.Portable book of business preferred, with flexibility based on overall experience, strategic fit, and growth potential.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as lead counsel to healthcare industry clients on a wide range of legal, regulatory, transactional, and operational matters.Develop and expand relationships with hospitals, health systems, physician practices, dental organizations, ambulatory surgery centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies, and other healthcare-related entities.Structure, negotiate, and document healthcare transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, management agreements, and strategic partnerships.Advise clients regarding healthcare regulatory compliance, reimbursement matters, fraud and abuse laws, corporate practice issues, privacy concerns, and other industry-specific regulatory requirements.Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, litigation, employment, bankruptcy, restructuring, real estate, tax, and other practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions.Lead business development initiatives and contribute to the continued expansion of the firm's healthcare platform.Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys.Participate in firm leadership, strategic planning, and industry outreach efforts.
