What You'll Be Doing Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Read work orders and follow daily production schedules. Stack, sort, and package finished products. Use tape measures, gauges, and measuring tools to verify specifications. Complete production paperwork and basic computer data entry. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety and quality procedures. What We're Looking For Manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred. Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. Basic computer and math skills. Comfortable working around machinery in a production environment. Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift. Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
