What You'll Do in This Role

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring smooth operations and creating a positive experience for every guest. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and supporting the front desk team to deliver exceptional service. - Overseeing daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. - Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. - Assisting with staff training and mentoring to maintain high service standards. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations. - Maintaining accurate records and reports to support hotel management.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or hospitality environment. - Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team. - A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. - The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Flexibility and adaptability to handle various situations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
