We’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer who doesn’t just manage operations—they own them. If you’re the kind of leader who sees a supply chain hiccup as a puzzle to solve before lunch, who can walk into a customer service breakdown and have a fix in place by the end of the day, and who knows the difference between a supplier that’s a partner and one that’s a liability, we want to talk to you.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be buried in theory. You’ll be in it: customer experience, logistics, vendor relationships, frozen and cold chain, sales growth, all of it , reporting directly to the CEO with real influence over how this company runs and grows.

What You’ll Own

• Customer Service: Build the processes and accountability that make “consider it done” actually true.
\n
• Logistics & Cold Chain: Anticipate issues before they become problems, keeping frozen and perishable products moving without missing a beat.
\n
• Supplier Relationships: Hold partners to the standard your brand deserves.
\n
• Sales Leadership: Manage, motivate, and educate a food sales team to drive growth across distributors, brokers, and channels.
\n

What You’ll Bring

\n

\n
• 5+ recent years in a C-Suite position managing customer experience, sales, supplier management, and logistics.
\n
• Must have frozen food experience.
\n
• Must live in Florida or be willing to relocate.
\n
• A track record of fixing what’s inaccurate and streamlining what’s inefficient, then scaling what works.
\n
• Sharp time-management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.
\n
• Strong communication skills that build trust with customers, vendors, brokers, and your own team, quickly.
\n
• A structured, methodical, and highly organized approach—practically OCD when it comes to getting the details right.
