Location: Columbia Family Clinic – Dayton, WA (Onsite)

Schedule: Full-Time | 36 – 40 hours per week

Compensation: LICSW – $90,000 - $110,000 annual salary

LMHC - $70,000 - $85,000 annual salary

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Join our team at Columbia County Health System! We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Consultant to join our clinic team and support integrated, whole-person care. The ideal candidate is experienced in providing evidence-based behavioral health interventions in a primary care setting and values collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams. Experience serving pediatric patients is required, and experience with adults is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LISCW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license required
• Primary Care experience is preferred
• Pediatric behavioral health experience is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial, mental health, and substance use assessments for pediatric and adult patients
• Provide evidence-based behavioral health interventions in a primary care setting
• Deliver psychoeducation and skill-building to support patient self-management and treatment engagement
• Collaborate with primary care providers to support psychotropic medication management and treatment adherence
• Monitor patient progress, symptoms, and side effects through in-person visits, telehealth, and phone follow-ups
• Document care and track clinical outcomes using the EHR and caseload management tools
• Participate in weekly caseload consultations with psychiatric consultants
• Coordinate treatment plan updates with care team members
• Facilitate referrals to internal services and external community resources
