Life Insurance Sales Representative

Motivated and relationship-driven, the full-time remote Life Insurance Sales Representative will engage with educators to understand their financial goals and provide tailored life insurance solutions while meeting sales targets and maintaining compliance. Key responsibilities Handle in-bound inquiries and conduct out-bound follow-up calls to educators seeking life insurance solutions Develop trust-based relationships with clients and educate them on life insurance products Meet or exceed sales targets through consultative, needs-based selling while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Required qualifications Active life license required; health license to be obtained within 6 months of employment 3 years of financial services or consultative sales experience required, preferably in insurance or retirement planning Experience in a call center or sales role with a proven ability to meet sales targets Strong passion for serving educators and a sense of mission Exceptional client relationship management skills in a remote engagement model Virtual Vocations Inc
