The Opportunity

We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. Under the leadership of the Dental Practice Manager , you will play a key role in supporting our dental team, ensuring high-quality service, and enhancing patient experiences. This is more than a job-it's an opportunity to positively impact lives every day .

Your Role & Responsibilities

Assist in dental treatments and procedures , ensuring top-tier patient care and safety.
Maintain compliance with infection control and patient confidentiality standards.
Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for patients.
Continuously expand knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development .
Accurately document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records .

Qualifications & Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification with the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners required .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail.
