Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist
MV Transportation
MV Transportation seeks a Workers Compensation Specialist to manage end-to-end workers’ compensation claims for a large, safety-focused transportation operation. In this role, you will coordinate incident reporting, medical management, and return-to-work plans for employees across paratransit, fixed-route, shuttle, and student transportation services. You will collaborate closely with HR, Safety, Operations, TPAs, and insurers to ensure timely, compliant claim handling, accurate documentation, and strong customer service to injured employees while supporting MV’s culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement.
