Inner Haven Wellness delivers both Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programming. Drawing from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inner Havens local multidisciplinary treatment teams place significant emphasis on skill development and practice to empower individuals on their recovery journey. The programs flexibility allows clients to pursue healing in a way that meets their unique circumstances and needs./ppInner Haven Wellness is JCAHO accredited and is in-network with most major insurance providers as well as local Wisconsin insurance providers./ppWe believe that everyone has an inner haven inside. We would love for you to join us!/ppYou can learn more about our mission, culture, and approach to treatment by visiting our website./ph3Position Description/h3pThe Program Dietitian will be responsible for developing meal plans, conducting nutritional assessments, and conducting dietary groups and sessions for a caseload of program clients. The program dietitian will be responsible for keeping timely and thorough documentation for client records in accordance with state regulations./ph3Position Responsibilities/h3ulliConducting initial dietary assessments and developing individualized meal plans based on collected data./liliConducting weekly individual and group dietary sessions at the direction of the Clinical Director./liliMaintains weekly catering schedule./liliOrders and maintains onsite meal supply./liliEnsures food safety protocols are followed./liliMaintains clinically accurate, timely, and complete charting in electronic medical record for each assigned client./liliAttends scheduled clinical staff meetings, clinical supervision, and other meetings for information exchange, case reviews, and client treatment./liliOther duties as assigned by the Clinical Director or Director of Nutritional Services within the general scope of this position./li/ulh3Qualifications and Experience/h3pAn equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered./pulliBachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent in Dietetics/liliRegistered Dietitian Required/liliIndependently Licensed as a Certified Dietitian in the State of Wisconsin/lili2 or more years industry specific experience in Outpatient (OP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Treatment (PHP), or Residential (RTC) programs for mental health care./liliKnowledge of behavioral health treatment for eating disorders/liliDemonstrate ability to clinically conceptualize a clients needs as it pertains to dietary care./liliExperience in the use of electronic health records/liliHighly skilled in communicating ideas and instructions, verbally and in writing, clearly and concisely./li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities/h3pWhich may be representative, but not all inclusive, of those commonly associated with this position. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:/pulliKnowledge of eating, mood, and anxiety disorders/liliKnowledge of group behavior and dynamics/liliMust be detail oriented./liliMonitor snack/food inventory as needed/liliMonitor keep logs of refrigerator and freezers temperatures to ensure they are within food safety regulations/liliAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines as well as be flexible and dependable/liliStrong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills/liliStructure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar/liliPrinciples and processes for providing client services.
