Join Our Healthcare Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and assess resident conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans
Your role will focus on delivering compassionate, resident-centered care within a long-term and post-acute environment, ensuring that each individual experiences dignity, safety, and comfort.
