This is a 13-week contract position, with shift hours from 18:00 to 06:00.

Job Description

The Respiratory Therapist will provide advanced respiratory care to patients, including those in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in a hospital setting and hold appropriate state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess and monitor patient respiratory status.
• Utilize respiratory equipment and technology as required.
• Provide support to medical teams and communicate effectively with families and care teams.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid Tennessee state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
• At least one year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital environment.
