Job Description

Design and oversee end-to-end MES application architectures across manufacturing environments.
Define technology stacks, deployment models, coding standards, and technical reference designs.
Architect IT/OT integrations between MES, ERP/SAP, PLM, WMS, PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and data historians.
Develop technical solutions for production tracking, genealogy, material validation, EBR, and real-time quality controls.
Work with MES platforms such as Critical Manufacturing, Custom MES, and Ignition.
Design integrations using OPC UA, MQTT, Sparkplug B, REST APIs, GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or HiveMQ.
Develop solutions using Unified Namespace (UNS), event-driven architecture, pub/sub, and microservices.
Support backend development using C#, .NET, Java, or Python and relational databases.
Work with hybrid cloud environments including AWS or Azure.

Required Qualifications

Strong MES architecture and technical leadership experience.
Experience with IT/OT integration.
Expertise in MES platforms and manufacturing systems.
Strong knowledge of OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, and enterprise messaging.
Experience with SQL databases and backend development.
Knowledge of cloud architectures and modern manufacturing technologies.
