This role is designed to build full management capability through hands-on training with the opportunity to support and elevate performance across additional clinics in the area . As an MIT, you’ll gain the skills, experience, and confidence needed to lead a clinic while making an impact across multiple locations—helping teams grow, supporting initiatives, and driving results. This role is part of our leadership pipeline, with the opportunity to step into a full clinic management position as openings arise. What You’ll Learn & Do: Train across designated clinic locations while learning all aspects of clinic leadership Support multiple clinics in your area as needed, helping drive performance and consistency Assist in driving membership growth, retail sales, and overall clinic success Learn to analyze business metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Partner with clinic leaders to coach teams, improve performance, and elevate guest experience Help maintain daily operations including inventory, deposits, and compliance standards Develop leadership skills through hands‑on experience, mentorship, and structured training Build strong relationships with team members, members, and guests Step into a leadership role to support or temporarily oversee a clinic when needed, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent General Manager position Qualified Candidates: Have management and sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym (preferred but not required) Are aspiring leaders who are eager to grow into a management role Are adaptable and comfortable working across multiple locations Can motivate, coach, and support a team in a positive and professional manner Are comfortable having constructive conversations and providing feedback Can contribute to a positive, inclusive, and goal‑driven workplace culture Culture & Support: Structured leadership training program designed to develop you into a clinic leader Ongoing mentorship from experienced managers and leadership team Opportunities for career growth into a General Manager role A supportive, team‑oriented environment focused on success and development Recognition programs and performance‑based growth opportunities Job Type & Schedule: Full-Time Position AvailableMonday to Friday, Day Shift, Evening Shift, Weekends, Holidays, Flexible scheduling Are you ready to grow into a leadership role and make an impact across multiple locations?Join our team as a Manager in Training and build the skills, confidence, and experience to take your career to the next level. #J-18808-Ljbffr Massage Envy
