We are seeking a psychiatrist who is passionate about providing high quality care to children, adolescents and adults.

As a psychiatrist, you'll use your training, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills in providing compassionate care for patients. Responsibilities include:

• Oversees and provides direct patient psychiatric care
• Facilitates care coordination and clinical collaboration
• Ensures quality care and risk mitigation
• Provides clinical collaboration and supervision to psychiatric APP staff

You will be primarily based at our Blasdell location, 4233 Lake Ave in Blasdell.

Education and skills to be a psychiatrist:

• Must be a graduate of a four (4) year recognized medical school; must have completed residency in appropriate field
• Must possess a current NYS physician license and be a Board eligible/certified in field of specialty

• Teamwork: you are open to others' unique perspectives, and will collaborate to meet shared goals
• Able to read, write and speak the English language; a second language of Spanish preferred

What we offer:

• Compensation: $265,000 - $285,000 annually (based on a full-time, 40 hour work week)
• Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components
• Benefits: You'll have options for medical, dental, life, and supplemental insurance. We also offer a 403b match, health savings accounts with employer contribution, wellbeing programs, continuing education opportunities, generous paid time off, holidays.
• Tuition Reimbursement Potential: Our FQHC status provides a unique opportunity for tuition reimbursement for Nurse Practitioners, up to $50,000 for a full time commitment and up to $25,000 for a part time commitment. A two-year commitment to serve at a FQHC is required. This tuition reimbursement program requires application and is not guaranteed.
