Manufacturing Technician

Location 15 Great Valley Parkway, Malvern, PA, 19355, United States Required Degree NONE An excellent career opportunity is currently available as ifm Manufacturing Technician. The candidate will be heavily involved in supporting our Manufacturing Team and serve as the SAP ERP expert to optimize production and ensure that manufacturing runs smoothly. Responsibilities Lead the implementation of Digital Production Orders (DPO) across all lines to automatically provide proper digital work instructions, confirm that raw materials are correct, and track progress of all orders in real time. Create and modify production routing to optimize workflow and ensure smooth operations and manage build requests for engineering teams. Update existing work instructions and create work instructions for new products in the digital work instruction system, and document all work instructions in SAP. Ensure that the system and the manufacturing team are set up to perform the proper transactions for the highest level of inventory accuracy. Coordinate all special production runs for test units, new product samples, and rework. Validate SAP updates and train operators and supervisors in the use of SAP updates. Requirements 1 year of experience working with the SAP ERP production and EWM warehousing systems, as well as digital work instructions. Must be willing to relocate to Malvern, PA MSA.
