Company Description Annunciation Catholic School is a Pre-K3 through Grade 8 school serving a diverse student population.
Role Description The Elementary School Teacher will provide high-quality classroom instruction to elementary students while supporting the Catholic mission and values of Annunciation Catholic School. This full-time, on-site role in Columbus, MS includes planning and delivering standards-based lessons, integrating faith and values across the curriculum, and differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs. The teacher will assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with families and school leadership. Daily responsibilities include classroom management, collaboration with fellow educators, participation in professional development, and involvement in school events, liturgies, and service activities. The teacher will create a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment that fosters academic growth, spiritual formation, and social-emotional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in elementary education
- Demonstrated Teaching skills, including lesson delivery, classroom management, and student engagement.
