Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct initial mental health assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and concerns.

  • Provide therapeutic counseling services in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices.

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records, including progress notes and treatment reviews, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to ensure coordinated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse population, encompassing children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Typical areas of focus may include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Counselors are encouraged to leverage their specific interests or expertise to create meaningful connections and interventions for clients.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Tennessee.

  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling is essential.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
