About the Role:

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our residents' living spaces, including rooms, common areas, and facilities. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and contribute to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

• Restock supplies and linens as needed

• Assist with laundry and linen exchange

• Ensure the overall appearance and organization of living spaces are maintained

• Develop a rapport with residents and provide courteous and respectful service

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience preferred, but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
