Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and comprehensive screenings to determine clients' mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Create individualized treatment strategies that align with clients' unique needs, incorporating their goals and preferences.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based methodologies.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide holistic care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health, fostering understanding and involvement in the recovery processes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records that comply with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise or extensive training in mental health counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience, skills, and certifications.
