HVAC Installer Technician

Job Description LSGI has an Immediate opening for a HVAC Service Installer (Charlotte) Landmark Services Group, Inc. is looking for someone with the following skillset: 3+ years experience in the installation of equipment and ductwork Has the ability to self-manage jobs, proficient with "paperwork" and time management skills are necessary. Understands HVAC systems and duct layout Follows mechanical code and manufacturer installation standards Has good communication skills Self-discipline in maintaining high standards and enforcing these standard when performing one’s job and supervising others Experience with dispatch software important Service experience with maintenance, repairs and troubleshoot experience a plus. Experience with commercial handyman, maintenance services, plumbing repair or general all-around maintenance background is a plus.
