Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days – 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting, including active labor management, postpartum care, and C-section support
• Float between like units as needed to support staffing requirements
• Care for patients in a Level II NICU environment, including neonates 32 weeks gestation and above, managing conditions such as RDS, sepsis, NAS/NOWS, hyperbilirubinemia, hypoglycemia, and failure to thrive
• Perform and maintain peripheral IV access; utilize VAT team as backup support
• Administer IV antibiotics, PPN/Lipids, and EPIV therapies; assist with short-term intubation as needed
• Document all patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active or pending RN license (pending licenses accepted; quick start preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Experience in postpartum care and C-section support required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Willingness to work every other weekend

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification preferred
• On-call availability preferred, though not required
• Experience in a Level II NICU or similar acute neonatal care environment
