Mosaic Life Care’s Access Department seeks an Access Representative to support patient care delivery by handling appointments, data entry, and patient communications. You will act as a receptionist for the provider's office, manage registration and medical records, and assist with release of information as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, excellent data entry and customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple phone lines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
