Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job in Clinton, MO The Pediatric Place is hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job in Clinton, MO to join our growing Autism & Neurodevelopmental Center. As a BCBA, you will collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, counselors, dietitians, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to create comprehensive and individualized therapy plans that support long‑term success for children and families. Compensation Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 – $90,000 annually Hybrid work flexibility Mileage reimbursement available CEU reimbursement and continuing education support Professional growth and advancement opportunities Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence‑based interventions Experience developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Ability to mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Passion for working with pediatric patients and families Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary pediatric team Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills What You’ll Do As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at The Pediatric Place, you will oversee individualized ABA therapy programs while collaborating with therapists, families, and caregivers to help children build functional, communication, behavioral, and social skills. You will also play an important leadership role in mentoring RBTs, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, and helping expand innovative pediatric programming within our Autism & Neurodevelopmental Center. Responsibilities Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, counselors, and dietitians Educate and support parents and caregivers throughout the therapy process Implement evidence‑based ABA interventions for pediatric patients Develop engaging and individualized therapy programs for children Assist with innovative programs including AAC support, feeding therapy collaboration, sensory activities, and social groups Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and team meetings Skills Strong leadership and mentorship abilities Expertise in ABA principles and behavioral interventions Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities Creative and innovative approach to pediatric therapy programming Strong organizational and documentation skills Compassionate and patient‑centered mindset Ability to adapt treatment approaches to meet individual patient needs Supportive Culture & Professional Growth The Pediatric Place offers a collaborative and supportive environment where clinicians are encouraged to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
