Assistant Property Manager: Budget & Maintenance

DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas in Dallas seeks an Assistant Property Manager to help deliver affordable housing. You will monitor budgets, manage contracting and spending, supervise maintenance staff and the resident services coordinator, and prepare for HUD inspections. You will lease vacant units, lead lease signings, address resident inquiries, coordinate with police or security on incidents, and ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance across the property. #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
