Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Oswego, IL. Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist Work Location: Oswego, IL Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire Hours: Summer schedule is in place through mid-July, with 4, 10 hour days, Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30; Schedule starting 8/3 is M-F, 9:00-6:00. Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• This location is a high capacity copy center, with high volumes and tight deadlines.
• Position will be responsible for producing copy requests via an online submission tool.
• Will need to be able to determine and understand the details of the job request and then send the file attachment to the correct production printer to result in the correct output.
• Will need to keep production moving by sending multiple jobs to multiple printers and multi-tasking the individual requests.
• Jobs will need to be removed from the individual print trays in and staged in a packing area and then secured for delivery.
• Job timelines and due dates need to be closely monitored. Accuracy and timeliness are required.
• Complete production copy requests in a high volume print center.
• Jobs with be both B/W and Color and both simple and complex.
• Jobs need to be quality checked for accuracy and be completed on time.
• Jobs will need to be properly set up per details in the job request.
• Jobs will need to be packaged for delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior print production experience, strong attention to detail, able to juggle competing priorities, able to effectively shift priorities when customer needs warrant, strong initiative, quick learner.
• Customer facing customer service also strongly preferred.
• Strong initiative and able to maintain focus to the expectations and timelines.
• Extensive standing and walking around the production center.
• Bending and lifting as well.
• The candidate will operate B/W and color copy machines and various finishing machines.
• The position is not a "seated " position.
