This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven, personal injury firm where you will have a direct impact on the lives of clients and the growth of the practice. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail, confidence in the courtroom, and a genuine passion for client advocacy.
Compensation:$95,000 + incentive based bonuses
Responsibilities:- Manage personal injury litigation cases.
- Draft and respond to various case motions.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Attending mediations and case hearings.
- Collaborate on case strategy with senior attorneys, ensuring client-centered representation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
