Regional Sales Manager

JAT Energy is hiring a Territory Sales & Account Manager to manage an established book of business while expanding our presence throughout the Chattanooga market. This isn't a role where you'll inherit accounts and simply maintain them. Nor is it a role where you're starting from zero. You’ll have an existing customer base to manage and grow, while being expected to identify, prospect, and close new business throughout your territory. What You'll Do Account Management Manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial customers. Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service. Identify opportunities to increase business within existing accounts. Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer support. Business Development Prospect and develop new business throughout your territory. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and face-to-face prospecting. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM. Conduct customer meetings and presentations. Negotiate and close new business. Consistently achieve sales volume and margin goals. What We’re Looking For 3-7+ years of outside sales or account management experience. A proven history of building relationships and generating new business. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and competitive. Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory. Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred but not required. (Experience matters) The Right Person You don't wait for opportunities-you create them.
