Job Description

Food Production OperatorWestby, WINight Shift, working 3 to 4 12-hour shifts, 5 pm-5 am, including every other weekend.$20+/hr
Position Summary
The Food Production Operator runs and monitors packaging machines to ensure products are packaged safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bulk packaging machines and date codes
• Follow production schedules and monitor packaging processes
• Check product quality, weights, seals, and pH levels
• Keep equipment and packaging areas clean and sanitized
• Inspect machines before and after use
• Record production and quality checks
• Assist with staging packaging materials and preparing shipments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of related experience
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures (SOPs & GMPs)
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or on a team
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job
