Strategic Major Gifts Officer — Build Donor Partnerships

ROME GROUP

Variety is seeking a Major Gifts Officer to advance our mission by cultivating relationships with donors, community leaders, and champions of our work for local children with disabilities. This role emphasizes strategic donor acquisition, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, with a focus on long-term partnerships and transformational impact.
