We are growing and looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver top-tier service to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Customer Success Coordinator to support customer relationships, scheduling, and service operations. This mid-level, in-office role requires strong judgment, responsiveness, and the ability to manage complex coordination independently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage complex scheduling and coordination using Outlook calendarsServe as a primary customer point of contact, providing proactive outreach and follow-upCoordinate service projects, preventive maintenance schedules, and internal resourcesArrange technician travel including airfare, hotels, and itinerariesIdentify and recommend additional services or upsell opportunities based on customer needsMaintain accurate documentation and professional communication via email and Microsoft TeamsCollaborate closely with technicians, operations, and leadership to ensure service deliveryQualifications3+ years of experience in customer success, scheduling, operations, or coordination rolesStrong background in high-volume scheduling and customer communicationProven ability to work independently and manage shifting prioritiesHigh level of organization, accuracy, and responsivenessProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)Comfortable working with technology and adapting to new systemsExperience coordinating travel arrangements preferredWork LocationIn-office position
